Abstract

As there is coronavirus pandemic Across the world, it is inducing a considerable degree, worry and concern among the population at large scale. In public mental health terms, the main psychological impact is stress and anxiety. Such as vast exposure of citizens to social media during novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). In the present study we have assessed the prevalence of mental health Problems and examine their association with social media exposure. Almost one out of every six People uses Facebook, twitter and YouTube as the social media platforms to get information about illness. Google and other social media platform Companies are increasingly being asked or required to take on the role of what in the publishing world would be ombudsmen charged with ferreting out mistakes and falsehoods. They are not perfect and can’t be expected to upload sheer volume of data every day. Therefore, it is said that setting time limit for Their news consumption were also more likely to report improved Mental health than to those who set no limits. It has been found out that limiting the duration of screen time, Especially related to coronavirus on social media, people has also obtained a positive impact. While of those who spent much time on social media noted that their overall mental Health is not so satisfying.
