Abstract

The present study is conducted to study the Marital adjustment problems of Government & Non-Government Working women. It’s a comparative study. The study has been done in Kanpur City. Multistage Sampling technique was followed and 400 Government & Non- Government Working women ( government Working women = 200, Non- Government Working women = 200). Were taken as sample. Their age range was between the 25-50 years. Questionnaire will be self constructed and standardized by sample size. The result showed that Government Working women face more marital adjustment problems in their married life as compared to Non-Government Working women.
